Please complete the registration form with the following in mind:

• Discuss with your colleagues what you would like to have as a team name, then complete the form with that team name in mind.
• Teams will be required to submit the name of 3 individual Web Professional teammates.
• Teams will designate a Team leader as a single point of contact.
• Teams will be required to review and agree to terms and conditons of the Web Pro Challenge.
