Team Leads and Judges play an important role in the process of the Web Pro Community Challenge

For example, Team Leads can assist this important effort by acting as:

• Evangelist (Team Leads are encouraged to use their Blogs to spread the word.)
• Mentors (Team Leads are asked to listen to the contestants and help them put their best foot forward.)
• Moderators (Team Leads are asked to frequent the online challenge forum and answer questions.)  
• Promoters (Team Leads will be asked to write articles surrounding specific aspects of the contest and publish it on their website(s), hold local gatherings for potential teams and to help them along.)

For example, Judges can assist this important effort by reviewing the challenger’s entries and casting their votes.
